Making Connections & Real Estate Agent Recs for Pittsburgh

Greetings all,

Newbie to BP / real estate investing generally here! I'm an attorney who works in Washington, D.C., but I'm originally from Pittsburgh and still have strong connections to the area with family/friends, and am a frequent visitor to where I still consider my real "home." I'm looking to purchase my first rental property there, either single-family or (most likely) multi-family. Looking to make connections generally here with folks involved in the Pittsburgh real estate market, and am specifically looking for real estate agent recommendations in the 412 area who have experience in real estate investment opportunities / to build a long-term relationship in this market.
