Heavy traffic in and out?

My real estate agent thinks this will sell just fine because, though it may lose a little value because of the busy street, it will also be seen by tons traffic.

Contracted with gas co. to install new gas line, which required tearing up the street, 2 flagmen and a policeman directing traffic for the disabled traffic light down the block.

Believe me I have been here before Short story : property was on northwest side of Milwtown ( about 4 years ago )~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Many different showings but was 99.99% tire kickers-> owner eventually got upset about the traffic – many shows <-What I learn on that deal – only show properties to true right now buyers ( interior )and keep a list of future buyers by meeting them at local coffee shop or another facility.

The issue is the amount of commercial traffic, the public using the services or shopping, as it presents commercial exposures.

.- Is there anything about the location that may be impacting traffic or offers?

Use Facebook/Google ads to drive traffic. - Rent it out- Do a "lease option" and sell it that way.

I am a property manager of a larger apartment community (300 apartments) and we won't hold a vacant unit longer than about 1-2 weeks, however we have the funds and traffic volume to be able to do that.

Although there is correlation to real estate due to foot traffic and density, the majority is driven by coverage requirements from the wireless carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint).

I asked the Lady(who i talked to about the property) to email me that info about how much other properties are worth, i asked about couple hours ago, she still hasnt emailed me yet.....Am i Being impatient?
