Alternatively, you could suggest an owner financing transaction where they become the bank on the property and this way they get to collect a monthly payment all while getting a chunk of cash up front (your down payment).

They charged me around $1,400 for a 30-yard dumpster with 6 tons of waste, but I found other companies, like Steel City Hauling, that charge less than half of that.When I called Affordable Dumpster Rental to complain, they threatened to send my debt to collection.

I am still curious to get feedback from current Hazel Green investors, as I would certainly re-examine that region if the data and feedback was impressive.
