I'm brainstorming ideas on how to get renters in the off-season.  

With this in mind, we've been brainstorming creative ways to make up the difference. 

I would also be open to brainstorming and working more as a team than an individual.

My brainstormed ideas are as follows:Plan A) Get the down payment from a hard money lender and pay for the rest of the house with a traditional mortgage.Plan B) Use seller financing, however I don't know too much about how to put together a solid seller financing proposal because there seems to be a number of ways to do it. 

We were brainstorming how we could find financing for a third since we’ve found another property that’s to our liking. 

I figured I'd brainstorm on here first, to see if anyone has done this before first.
