@Karen Margrave , back in the day the Atlanta REIA was a pond full of sharks and I was a newly hatched minnow, but I managed to swim out into the waters and back to shore and made friends with a few other little fish, who grew into big fish who are now good friends and valuable business associates...Just make sure you take your alligator bat with you to the meetings...

Dion, Bill, thank you for the commentsI met up with an attorney that specializes in the field and he gave me then run down of all the possible liabilities and of course made it sound quite scary to do without legal representation.So I have a seller (a big fish but I can't disclose the name right now), and I have a buyer, this is for a bulk deal.
