I've been a member since 2009ish but I haven't visited in so long that when I got a new PC I lost my user ID and password. Therefore, I created a new one. I love this place. I have learned so much from this website. There are some very knowledgeable investors on this forum. So I just want to say thanks for having me. Again.

A little about myself....I am married and live in San Antonio, TX with my wife and two labs. I enjoy duck hunting, fishing, cooking, and playing in the stock market. I graduated from college with a BBA in Finance so I am no stranger to numbers. My passion is real estate and I am looking to do my first deal (storage unit facility) within the next 6 months. I came back to the site to get refreshed on the business and to learn more about storage unit investing.
