Delaware Statutory Trust investments qualify for 1031 treatment

In June 2018 I looked at average rent increase for San Diego SFR in the previous 3 years   The average rent increase was almost $500/month in that  3 year span   This was the average so RE that had value adds were very likely to have much greater rent appreciation.  

I'll grill her a little bit more and tell her I don't want the grandson treatment here, but I'm still going to try and get outside ideas too.Frank- Thanks, this is what I was looking for.

So RE investing is right up my alley and I am so pumped to get some projects going.

However, if you convert them to individual unit, and you had intentions to rent it out and hold long term, but you get unsolicited offer, you could get cap gain treatment. 

It's been kind of an eye sore on the community as it's really developing.

I need to replace new roof, replace windows, pain and fumigation for termite treatment.
