Renovation old house

Dear All,

I just bought an old house. I need to replace new roof, replace windows, pain and fumigation for termite treatment. I have question, in which order of these jobs should I do?

Should I:

  1. 1. Replace roof first
  2. 2. Replace window
  3. 3. Fumigation
  4. 4. Painting?

Thanks,

Hoang
