Hey gang,

Just wanted to introduce myself. I've been shadowing various discussions here for a little while and it seems like the best place to connect and learn about REI on the interwebs :D

Currently trying to land my first wholesale deal. Seller is very motivated and I hope we'll come to a final decision in the AM.

Any advice, words of wisdom would be much appreciated. Also, I'm very eager to jump into the rental property game in Acworth, Kennesaw, Canton, Marietta, Woodstock GA and am looking for a private lender.
