Probate has been very good to me too, for many decades.If it helps, consider drawing an ownership timeline and then a matrix of facts that you can use to search for certsin scenarios, like the one you posted about.You can create massive data lists but then have to reverse engineer to find cues and clues as to the fact patterns

I can't imagine any fact pattern that would lead me to suggest a client put a SFR in a C-corp.Lacking a good answer to that question, the better question to ask is the process that Georgia and Florida require to convert both to an LLC.
