Hey there,Does anyone know any good agents or realtors in Orange County, California who are not just interested in first time buyers but specialize in rental property investing?

The guy is giving you the water and expects you to take care of the tree and all the care-taking that comes with it and he gets half of the fruits, no way.

@Allison B.I'm myself associated with Citi, and we don't do HELOC on investment properties; just like James Masotti mention, the big banks won't do it, they go after the low-hanging fruit.

Hey BP, I am Juan Nunez currently living in Orange County NY.Back in 2007, my wife and I try getting into the REI, we started out forming a LLC, my wife got her Real Estate license but we didn't follow through with the investing. when I look back I would say it was because a lack of knowledge, fear and no direction.We are looking to find our niche in buy and hold, property management, looking forward to being a productive citizen in this BP community.Juan.

Jason,  I'd love to hear who you call "experienced investors" as there is still plenty of deals out there.While some of the low hanging fruit websites are crowded with buyers, there is still plenty of opportunities out there for investors.  

Corona is less desirable than orange but the numbers are better for the corona one...
