I'm in Muscle Shoals and grew up in Russellville.

We primarily use Burbz for rent collection tenant screening reports.Our tenants wanted to use Venmo for payments but we required them to use ACH. 

It is free to use and is free to the tenant if they use ach, 10 to use a debit card, and there is a % they can use a credit card if they need to and I ensure my late fee cost more than the cc fee to help encourage them to use it. 

I'm working around the Muscle Shoals area, about an hour west of Huntsville, AL.

I got a bank (suggest not one of the Nationals) that can support ACH, Bill Pay and online banking.Opened a business checking & savings accounts.All REI receipts (auto pay, manual checks) go to the checking account.

If they pay with a check or ACH, you wait until the payment clears.
