Hello all from Alabama.

Hello everyone. Just want to introduce myself to the forum. I figure its time since I have been lurking in the BP shadows reading forum posts, blogs, emails and listening to the podcast. I am officially hooked.

I am a rookie looking to begin my investment career. Being trapped in a store selling selling selling for the last four years has led me to look for ways out. And has also helped me see what I want for my life and how I want to live it. I used to be an associate broker here in north Alabama. Did that for 4 years until 2009 when I began working where I am now. My license has been on inactive for 3 years. While I was selling real estate I didn't have a dream, a final goal, or even a 5 year goal. (Fairly typical for someone in their early 20's). Now being 28 almost 29 and feeling 30 push its into my life I realize its time to make myself happy and do what I have a strong interest in. When I received my yearly interest letter from the bank on how much I had earned from having my hard earned money sit there with them, it physically made me sick. My money isn't doing me any good there. It's time to find another avenue and get happy! I look forward to all the good tips tricks and how to's this forum has to offer.
