Hello All,

I am new to all of this and have been analyzing about 5 multifamily properties a day and the biggest bump in the road is always money! I am currently an active-duty Air Force meteorologist , putting some money into savings but not enough for a down payment. I know the VA loan but I will be deploying soon and that card isn't the best card in the deck at this moment. What are some of the best strategies to use other people's money to start my Real Estate investing career?
