If you invest/manage in 100+ multi-family units or manage a REIT/mutual fund, have implemented or work in sustainability initiatives, and have 15-30 minutes for a phone call, it would be great to connect.

There were a few things that I am going to change going forward however, one thing that I wanted to implement was hiring someone who can visit the site weekly and report back to me if there are any problems or items that should be addressed.
