@Jody M Boudoin I have the same predicament as I need to get more automated with my approach.

Taking a deep dive into those automated reports will be beneficial. 

Once you have your systems in place, things can be more automated and less time intensive on your part.

@Damaso Bautista had a good thought about seeing that and perhaps holding the agencies to a standard and it almost needs to be lobbied as an easy and more assessable way to see info on your properties. 2- Seems like you should be able to have this automated  with the departments or main dispatch to receive a email or notice when a call is sent to your property or just a months report.

It will take you around 3 to 5 months to rank so you have plenty of time.When you are ready to take it seriously, upgrade to at least the middle package so you have those automated blogs populating your site.Do this and you will thank me!

So much so that we ended up building our own tech platform for Airbnb hosts to automate their locks as guests highly prefer them.We now have long term managers reach out to us as well about our platform.

WE didn't have any at your size, but as we great, we started using Process street - a software that automates a lot of our processed. 

After nearly a year of dismissing it as largely a fad, I’ve been starting to do more and more with automated audio workflows in my STRs and have, so far, gotten great feedback on it from guests.
