To Early To Start A Website?

Eric Kenney
Posted

Greetings,

Been lurking around the forums for about 3 months and wanted to seek some input.

Goal- use wholesaling to generate property leads for buy/hold rentals and assign any other properties to other flippers

Situation- I am currently overseas and will not return to the states for about 5 months. No previous wholesaling/landlord experience

Question- Is it worth the $200 to start a carrot site now ($40 per month * 5 months) and start having search engines index the site along with starting to build content. Or should I simply purchase the domain names and wait until I get closer to returning to the states to start the site?

Thanks, Eric
