Rental property accounting software..
So far, My Old school ways of keeping track of incoming / outgoing $$$ has been fine. However, Change is in the air! I'm starting to realize that for various reasons I need to find an accounting program that is specifically for rental properties. Both Long and short term.. I have looked a "Stessa" but I'm very cautious of using a cloud based program. Not to mention the option that of attaching my business account and company credit card to their server.. Does anyone use Stessa? If so, How do you like their system and do you feel comfortable with attaching accounts to the profile? Thanks in advance...

@Jody M Boudoin I have the same predicament as I need to get more automated with my approach. I plan to research options and will get back to you on my findings.
