After further research on ways to make passive income, my interest in real estate transformed into an elightened passion.

That is a beautiful transformation!

Our downtown is in the very beiginnings of a MAJOR transformation.  

Harv Eker , I have been able to transform my financial life for the better. 

Simple things like changing a transformer connection, repairing a magnetic motor starter, or changing the voltage on a motor, baffle them for the most part.

If that's the case, then you're right, that entire area could make a pleasant transformation.

However, suburbia itself is undergoing a transformation, with many initiatives, both public and private sector, both large and small, leading a a more town like environment - something like what the small towns surrounding large cities were like in the first half of the 20th century.  

I had dealers pull into my MHP at 4PM and sit on the transformers and sell till 2-4AM.
