New to BP.Hello From Fabulous Las Vegas!

Hello all, I'm Derek and l'm looking to invest in single family homes in Las Vegas. My background is as a Electrician for over 10 years, 5 of them in the union apprenticeship here. Since the 08 downturn , I've been educating myself on the importance of having passive income. Thanks to the teachings from the likes of Kiyosaki, Robbins and T. Harv Eker , I have been able to transform my financial life for the better. 

I don't have much personal experience in Real Estate yet. I have played small parts in a some flips over the last few years. My skills in construction come in to play when my family needs me to help out with their multi-family buildings; so I'm not afraid of rolling my sleeves up and getting down & dirty. 

My immediate goals are to build a strong team and make offers.Which leads me to ask , does anyone knows of an investment friendly buyers agent in the Vegas area? I have a access to funds and a coach who knows what he is doing.
