Peace to everyone! I'm Kalyn, from the San Antonio, Texas.

Before my interest in real estate investing, I was a SrA in the United States Air Force for almost four years. Unfortunate circumstances lead to my seperation from military leaving me pennyless after ten months of consistent job hunting. Before my seperation the idea of real estate was constantly brought to my attention as a back up plan if all else fells. After further research on ways to make passive income, my interest in real estate transformed into an elightened passion. About a month ago ago I decided to make the leap towards my goals and pursue my RE license with allied schools online.

My ultimate goal is to one day have rentals providing enough passive income to live off of. I'd love for investing to be my life-long career, as well as helping multiple families settle into their dream home. That has to be one of the most humbling feeling in the world to give someone the oppurtunity to own.
