Not only asking the questions here that helped me out, but al my interaction and shenanigans have caused a whole flock of messages and interaction and this is an indirect way o networking.Forinstance I asked to partner with someone for a 50/50 split.For every person that told me in public forum I was nuts , I received 3 messages in private that they are wiling and excited to partner with me for 50/50!

Enter the mortgage generation field.. either as clerical or get your RMLO and do loans.. again learn while you earn.4. apply for a job with a development company and scout land deals for them.. hard to get this position but very fruitful if you can land it.with no money no experience its a tough road..
