Not only asking the questions here that helped me out, but al my interaction and shenanigans have caused a whole flock of messages and interaction and this is an indirect way o networking.Forinstance I asked to partner with someone for a 50/50 split.For every person that told me in public forum I was nuts , I received 3 messages in private that they are wiling and excited to partner with me for 50/50!

Cold calling is not my favorite activity, but I can get over that in a hurry if it bares fruit.

With that being said is the market still fruitful with buyers during winter months and or when school is in session? 

Enter the mortgage generation field.. either as clerical or get your RMLO and do loans.. again learn while you earn.4. apply for a job with a development company and scout land deals for them.. hard to get this position but very fruitful if you can land it.with no money no experience its a tough road..

In a nut shell the contractor can't be the lender There is no getting around "funding at the table" regulations by any investor being recognized as the lender when they do not originate the loan. 

This is just nuts...

(in a nut shell)RTO is dead on arrival with residential tenants, it is described as a predatory practice,  you may need to prove it isn't and you probably won't win.

I accept the fact that the financial/funding tree is now occupied with unwanted fruits, however we are doing our best to sort them out but, the truth remains, in a funding transaction, there are charges all over the world, the united states not excluded.

I am looking to get out on my own, make some connections and offer a helping hand to any professionals looking for someone to tackle low hanging fruit with the intention of sharing some wisdom.
