Our slow season is months with some of the best weather IMO and people come here to escape bad weather further North.Heated pools are great, but have you ever looked at the extra cost of energy and maintenance?

Strength in numbers helps to not be shut down fully if that ever happen.

The market is ever changing, but many opportunities still exist.

Hey Nicholas - I don't think I ever mentioned taxlienacademy, I have never even heard of it. 

I never want to have to deal with guests in my home ever again!!!  

She is a rockstar and has been able to answer any screwball investor insurance question I have ever thrown her way! 

And if the numbers are ever that great to where I want to sell a few to raise some cash, I'll either refi and pull cash out or I'll just eat the recapture and take the hit. 

That has to have been the worse decision in real estate I’ve ever made   But I also vividly remember thinking email was stupid when I was being shown how it worked.  

This is what tells me that if a claim was ever filed it will very likely be a painful process dealing with their accounting department.
