Forgive me if this has already been asked. Ever since the BP app came out I've been reading on my phone. (Joshua Dorkin might add a search feature to the app).

Does anyone have any experience buying subject to in Oklahoma? When you buy subject to, do you close through a title company and get title insurance? We are in a great buy and hold market. Properties here can cash flow pretty well. If I can buy sub to, I can buy more properties and continue to build capital.
