My brother and I are in the beginning stages of forming an investment company, and we've decided that duplexes (or possibly triplexes/4 plexes) is where we'd like to focus for our buy and hold strategy.

I have little actual investment experience thus far in my career, as I am still in the stage where I do not feel I have enough knowledge to be confident in decisions regarding what to do with my money.

I feel that i'm in the Analysis Paralysis stage but that just encourages me to continue on pursuing.

I like to think crawl with action because I tend to get stuck in the idea/research stage.

At this point, I feel a bit torn between the "learning/information-gathering" and "taking action" stages.

I also have four lots in that area which I'm in the planning stages of building modular homes on selling off.

At this stage we are educating ourselves for our next step.

My analysis is fairly high level at this stage.
