Ok, so I'm 19 and I just finished my first year of College, which I don't want to say was a waste, but I didn't get much out of it. So I decided to check out a Rich Dad 3 day Seminar which was pretty cool and I got like 5 books out of it, but the Elite Training program was too expensive, although I'm sure it's wonderful information and resources. I don't know anything about anything when it comes to Real Estate, but I'm Driven and I know where I want to go in life. I would really appreciate any help someone could give me, preferably in Denver. I'm looking to start out with Wholesaling and Mobile Homes, possibly flipping and I want to eventually get to Lease Options and Commercial. Thank You!!

Real estate investing involves plenty of detail so its not to be taken lightly. It's not difficult once you learn the ropes but it involves a lot. Although licensing is not required there are laws rules and regulations to follow just the same and a court of law will hold you equally liable.

Webinars, seminars and conferences will always leave you with a million amps in your bum afterward, that's how they make their money. Yet slow it down and let reality set in, you're an infant in the business. Read a few more books; find a good real estate coach in Denver one that will allow you to earn while you learn. You may feel like you're ready to run but believe me you need to crawl in the beginning. You've plenty of time to be a millionaire by age 25.

Kudos,
Mary
