Thank you James Vermillion for your response and warm welcome. I'm currently starting my real estate investment, i have obtained knowledge from this site and i have also read a couple of books and listen to a few audio books. I still have a long way ahead, but i can gladly say that thanks to many Pros including yourself and many others on the site i have gained tremendous knowledge. My main goal is to succeed at my niche and keep perfecting my strategy to make the process less riskier and potentially make smart decisions. I see great potential in rehabbing as well as buying and holding in my area but i do not want to rush into anything without properly acquiring proper knowledge. I feel that i'm in the Analysis Paralysis stage but that just encourages me to continue on pursuing. I will be uploading a picture soon.
