We live close to Clemson University so we rent for top dollar for all the home football games and graduation.We have a family from Canada that rents a week in June and all of December every year.I have found Homeaway to be much better for my vacation rental but pickup a few Airbnb bookings also.If you are going to have a mortgage I doubt you can put the house in an LLC to start with.

I think it triggered a fantasy about being able to push a button and ignore certain things in our life. 

From what I understand the RE market in Sydney is still in fantasy land.

So many people pay good money for seminars which fill their heads with fantasy.  

Real buyers don't waste time on marginal or fantasy deals.
