I alternated books - one substantive/topical (I'm an international affairs guy), one leadership/motivational/spiritual, and one which I call "mind-expanding" which teaches the mind to think outside the box (e.g. anything by Malcolm Gladwell, Freakonomics, certain business or sociology/psychology-related books). 

However, many people in America are coaxed to file a lawsuit just by being present, even if they aren't physically or psychologically hurt.

But, you might be wrong because of economical, historical, or psychological barriers that you learn not from a map but from living here.  

I have been discouraged by other real estate agents from entering the field due to high student loan payments (Bachelors in Psychology) but that is why I have not quit my "day job."

I am an avid fan of Robert Kiyosaki and Grant Cardone and have more or less been going through their material religiously while maintaining a 50 hour+ week job and my own small operation of buying and selling on the side and going to school(psychology is a hobby subject though I have no interest in doing anything with the degree).

tenant screening can only do so much unless you complete a psychological profile.

I attend Iowa State University and i'm majoring in Management with a minor in Psychology.

Like @Chris Mason said though, there's also a lot of psychological value in having your primary residence debt-free! 

Do you think it would be a valuable asset to have an experienced person who is used to dealing with showings, and understands the psychology of how to create that positive face to face contact?
