I have one rental property that I have been self managing for about 10 years but I'm looking to exploring and potentially doing my first Flip this year. 

I’m just getting started and looking to soak up as much knowledge as possible—whether it’s about finding good deals, managing renovations, or understanding the financial side of things. 

Recently a duplex came on the market that I am really interested in, it is located in an A neighborhood.

@Chanel Snerling if you're going to rezone in those Neighborhoods, you'd be better off going with max number of units possible.What construction project development & management experience do you have?

We did a bunch of research on where to purchase a turn key property with management in place.

I agree that the best way to make money is self manage your short term rental (not AirBNB, that is a platform).

I would like to start close to home as I plan to self manage the rental side of it.

I have been following the Real Estate Investing industry for a while and just recently decided to put my focus into it and implement a plan I had in mind for years.So I went down to Puerto Vallarta I put together a team of local realtors, brokers, contractors, property managers and a lawyer. 

There isn't much I can add here except for the local expertise of the Boise area and our sister company property management team get these inquires often from tenants - so we have seen many ways how not to inquire about it and a few good ways haha.
