I specialize in kitchens and bathroom remodeling, and have a custom cabinet shop. Mr. Greene, thanks for your response. As a general contractor, i feel best suited for fix and flip or BRRR method investing. Using my slow days to fill work for employees and build equity. I would like to start close to home as I plan to self manage the rental side of it. So area wise I would say cass county MO or southern Johnson County Kansas.
