First Rental Property - TurnKey Options
Hello -
After listening to the podcast, I've made a commitment to purchase a rental property by the end of Q2 this year (ideally by the end of Q1). I am interested in buying a long-term turnkey property in a nice area (I live in San Diego so this property would have to be out of state). I'm looking to invest between $50k and $75k as the down payment.
So the questions I have are:
1. Who are a few great companies I could speak with that have turn-key properties available?
2. What states/cities make the most sense right now?
Thank you for your time.
Jacob
