Some states have very specific rules for ages, times the child can not work, like during the night or during school hours, if they can climb a ladder, if the parent must be present when the child is working, etc.I have heard the 'child should be 6 or older' to be able to pass the laugh test that the child can actually do a task that is worth money.

It will hard to trade my paid for minivan for a $40K SUV, but as my wife says, what is the point of all our rental properties if we are not enjoying the fruits of our labor. 

@Cole Black it may have just been that the agent is inexperienced working for agents or perhaps they have a very full schedule.

In regards to the equity, that's the fruit of your labor.

Additionally, is there any particular website that has been fruitful?

But corn, squash, tomatoes,  berries, all sorts of fruits, are just coming into season!
