Where to invest in Massachusetts in 2020?

Hi everyone! I'm really new to real estate (and BP), but have saved up enough to hopefully make my first purchase by the end of this year. I was wondering if anyone else is thinking of doing the same, and what type of strategy you're going for / what neighbourhoods? I'd prefer to stick to MA simply for proximity being a first investment! Happy to be part of this community, and thanks in advance everyone!
