The umbrella policy is what will really save you, these fancy corporate layouts will bankrupt you in legal fees long before a judge most likely pierces the corporate veil anyways, with an umbrella policy your insurance pays the legal fees.

taxes are high everywhere, especially in our bankrupt state. with the home values going down, the local govt still wants there $ (hint, schools) so they jack up the equalizer factor.run your total numbers. if they work, don't worry about all the fees. village nuisance nonsense is a just of fact of life with the govt.
