Hi everyone just looking for advise,in my journey to start up in wholesaling I became across this Craig's list add http:// sandiego.craigslist.org/nsd/rej/4277149990.html has anyone heard off the wealth advisors club? Are they a scam?

Allan, my advice is to just study wholesaling here on BP. If you feel you need a hands on mentor or coach then look for someone at your local meetings or REIAs that will agree to work with you. If they need to be compensated work out a split profits deal. You will need cash for your marketing needs, do not waste it on "coaching" from a website. You do not need a course you need solid working advice.
