WST vs. a rental property in AZ

Kenny N.
Posted

Hello All -

I am a newbie and I got WST set up in Wyoming (for privacy and protection).

Now that I wanted to purchase a rental property in AZ, what would be the best LLC structure to set up?

I received some suggestions but still could not connect the dots yet...

1. WST (acting as a holding company) to hold a rental property and a separate domestic operating AZ LLC set up to handle all rental transactions with local property mgmt companies (operating LLC owns no asset)

2. WST is a sole member of Domestic AZ LLC which holds the rental title and conducts rental transactions

Appreciate your thought. Thanks

Kenny
