When seen in quantity they should trigger a classic Warren Buffett'ism "when people get greedy I get scared--when people get scared I get greedy"

Here are ones I like that Brandon Turner likes to cite:"Be fearful when others are greedy.

If I coach up my younger self in a market like this I would try to hand me the lesson I'm starting to learn at 35 . . . be a trader not a rental property investor.  

Instead of a specific plan, he wisely said, "don't get greedy! 

Don't be greedy, think about what your actually giving to the investor who is then putting up all the capital, time, effort, etc.To give an example of how this could work.  1st get your realtors license.  2nd find the deals and then 3rd work with an investor who pays you your listing/buying agent fee plus offers 1-2% of the deals as a buy in for you to make sure your doing the due diligence and it'll be a good deal for the investor. 

BUT, watch for it to return in 'small print' hidden in a non-related Bill, or an Omnibus Bill, or the like, and WILL INCLUDE some provision that will effectively insulate the 'elites' from the effects of it, while taxing those of us who have been designated as 'undeservedly too wealthy' (which will become a synonym for being greedy, dishonest, & racist).

Many high desert locals have been very vocal about how greedy they think OOT real estate investors are, especially ones who are coming here and trying to buy houses to convert to short term rentals, because there is a major shortage here right now for locals who need long-term rentals.

My friend is a good person and not at all greedy.

If you have a deal and you can't seem to find a buyer for it after a couple days, then you did a crap job of negotiating the price or you are being greedy and trying to take to big of an assignment fee.

Go, Go, Go ahead and sell your real estate if you are a professional "crypto" or stock trader or have a special trade where you can get higher returns based on your skill, experience, and knowledge!
