@Amit Barman You need to speak with an attorney to draw up a partnership agreement between the two of you, that spells out how you will take title, and how you will split the proceeds of the sale.

This and so many other scenarios must be spelled out clearly in the LLC operating agreement.Then you route the operating agreement to all initial members to sign.We included voting rights, how that changes upon death of one member, rights of the heirs etc.
