I have been in the property 2yrs with partial rent credit. lease is almost up. Started financing process broker going fha. Should i get an agent to execute contract or RE Attorney? Other finance option if any also.

I've am both an active and passive player in REI to satisfy both spectrums for myself so you may want to look at a two pronged strategy and not put all your eggs into one basket, especially if you are a newbie to owning apartments.  

I'm a newbie  i think mistakes are bound to happen, moving forward lesson learn I just need to be more professional rather than personal couldn't take compassion out of my system  and paid dearly for it.
