We originally had a lot of older women preferring it but the young guys since are touting it as a big bonus as NONE OF THEIR FREE LOADING friends can insist on moving in & 'just maybe paying half' the expenses. 

That doesn't factor in the human cost of American men and women being in harms way across the globe in the defense of fossil fuel supply lines. 

There was a show on TV two decades ago called Designing Women...3 older ladies living life to the fullest.

Experienced, well versed women who articulate their contribution to their industry - their competence is ever gleaming yet they are under the radar.
