That is a mind blowing amount of student loan debt - about the only career I can think of that would get close to that (wife used to do debt consolidation sales, has a lot of amazing stories) is a doctor / physician? 

Then again, I run into doctors/dentists that invest like that and most are not getting the max return (being kind here) they could by being passive.

This is affecting everyone from maintenance , janitorial , food service , medical assistants , nurses and even Doctors .

Some are wealth creation, some are wealth stabilization, and some are wealth preservation.Someone who is 25 years old making 70,000 a year with net worth of 500,000 is different than someone who is a doctor making 1 million a year income with net worth of 20 million approaching retirement.
