Hi everyone! I'm Sabrina from San Diego and am completely new to Real Estate. My original plan was to own a single family home, work to pay it off, and then...retire I guess. This year, I finished paying off my massive student loans (350k!!) and am looking to learn how to buy and rent single family homes in San Diego to increase my cash flow and maybe add more long term savings for the days when covid-19 will be a distant memory (sigh). I hope to hear from anyone who can help me learn how to find a "good deal" with these BP calculators. I'm 0 or 10 so far :) Thanks!

@Sabrina Perrino

Welcome to BP! Where in San Diego are you located?

There are many different investing strategies here in w/i the county. Happy to go through these w/ you. Our office is downtown. Your typical rental properties won't cash flow as easy as OOS (out of state) but that still doesn't mean you can't make smart investment moves out here.

Feel free to reach out to discuss different strategies.

Congrats on paying off your student loans!!
