Has anyone in the group ever used Leads In An Hour or Property Umbrella Blueprint?

Because of that, I have a $1 million personal umbrella policy written in my name with a rental rider.

Interest is 3.75% so the monthly EMI will be 278$ on 60k.NOI: 222$ (111 per home, 2664 per yr)I would like to know what you guys think about the deal.Also I am planning to get an Umbrella policy instead of forming an LLC as this is my first property.  

If you're paying cash, then ignore that last part.I'm not an expert, but I think you're better off just buying an umbrella insurance policy, and I also think if you're foreign, your assets are going to be a lot more difficult to get a hold of in a potential U.S. lawsuit.

As far as asset protection, do you guys think it is worth transferring the deed into a LLC and take an additional 1 million $ umbrella policy or is it an overkill? 

When that's the case they should just keep it in their own names and get a monster umbrella insurance policy.

Daniel,I know that company   They're housed under the infoclosure umbrella,are they not?  

I will contact my insurance company for an umbrella policy as added protection.

Each LLC has its own insurance, and my main corp has an additional 4m umbrella in case of any liabilities from my disregarded entities (LLC properties).  

The main doesn't have any insurance, however, I was thinking of adding a 4 million umbrella just in case.
