Just curious to see what tools everyone uses for comps, email subscriptions, or postings?

We have Adobe Acrobat subscriptions that allows you to edit pdfs, we use docusign for all of our document signing (leases, management agreements etc) and we store with incredibly easy access using Share Sync.  

My start up costs were $1500, that is all inclusive, from my RE class, finger prints, applications, state exam, joining my local association, MLS dues and the lockbox subscription. 

In this case, you need to speak with an experienced syndication lawyer who can draw up the subscription agreement properly and make sure you are compliant with all federal securities laws and state blue sky laws.  

As part of the education I received I also got a bunch of software subscriptions, some great books, a year paid REIA workshops,  but the biggest thing I received, which has already paid my fee many times over,  was a jumpstart to my network.
