Jack Seiden June fred housing data
24 January 2023 | 2 replies
June housing data is out which shows a shocking 9.5 month over month decrease in new home prices and also something I find very interesting, New home prices are now below that of existing home prices (416 vs 402) which could be a statistical quirk of the data or possibly a sign of what is to come with existing home prices once sellers get more realistic since builders are always more time sensitive than home sellers.

Ben Lake Raw Land For Solar Ground Lease

The problem with having one small piece of land is that most utility scale solar requires 3 things:- Proximity to transmission infrastructure (high voltage lines + substation)- Appropriate to develop (relatively level, not environmentally sensitive, suitable solar potential, reasonable regulatory burden:land cost ratio)- Large contiguous area (2,500+ acres); typically for wind or solar a company will have to lease from several landownersBackground for me is land acquisition, permitting, and environmental consulting for large utility scale solar projects nationwide.

Being a successful real estate investor or wholesaler starts with not being shy about asking all the questions you need to get the answers you have to have.If you're dealing with a motivated seller and you're too squeamish to ask all the questions required to build the required rapport and ask all these questions, you'll definitely regret it down the road and it may be too late then.Avoiding the Almost-Insane CustomerI really apologize to you if you're one of my sensitive readers, but you'll find out if you really want to go out there that some people are really emotionally maladjusted enough to be considered almost-crazy.Every landlord or homeowner that I've ever regretted dealing with came with warning signs at the very beginning of the communication process; warning signs I should have heeded.
