June fred housing data

June housing data is out which shows a shocking 9.5 month over month decrease in new home prices and also something I find very interesting, New home prices are now below that of existing home prices (416 vs 402) which could be a statistical quirk of the data or possibly a sign of what is to come with existing home prices once sellers get more realistic since builders are always more time sensitive than home sellers. Anyway regardless I thought that was interesting.
