Here are some examples of things we provide that have been complimented by our guests:-Phone charger stations in every room-White noise machines in bedrooms-Smart TVs in every room-Fully stocked kitchen-Firewood for firepit-High-speed internet is a must-Supplies for kids like child dishes, high chair, books, toys, and games-Outdoor games, although we did offer frisbee golf and dogs chewed up all our frisbees so I don't think we'll continue offering that.

The difference between a good deal and simply a cheap building can be a couple of blocks.Uptown & Douglas Avenue are places to look, but the prices have risen in those areas over the past couple of years (money from away) ... however, if you are willing to buy a little rough and dish-out lots of TLC, there are deals to be had.
