Once a judge signs off on the judgement and the damages, you can hire an attorney to garnish wages or place a lien on any personal property of the tenant and/or co-signers.

Am I correct in my understanding that after the house is built and a CO is issued, we can work with a traditional bank/lender to get the new home appraised and take out a traditional mortgage on the home for XX amount (the amount owed to HELOC and hard money lender)?

None of our units have basement bedrooms so its easier.  5K IS OBSURD, but I also believe this poster used a mold remediation co, they WACK you.

I occasionally enjoy co-hosting (splitting costs) for client events with a lending partner but that is pretty rare as most lenders just want to hold "first time home buyer" classes/events or co-brand online ads for home buyers.
