Hello, I would like to do some renovation work in my house which will primarily entail painting, molding, new hardwood flooring, plumbing (new bathtubs / toilets, etc), and electrical work (would like to install recessed lighting), and painting.

I have recently been offered an opportunity to work on the marketing side of a property project that entails providing investor leads.

I will continue what has been successful for me which entails assisting rental investors with cash transactions coupled with offering commission rebates and working with small to mid size developers.

Maybe for those who are trying to slum lord...I am not sure the work entailed in a NV LLC but that amount looks high to me. 

I thought I'd fact check that assertion and it turns out to be false.  

Again not sure if this is ACV, RCV, or Agreed Value and what the fine print entails if I were to have a major (or even minor claim).  

I was told that the first 6-12 months mainly entails cold calling and prospecting from 9-5 with no money being made within that time period.

Can you take me through the process of opening one and all that it entails.
